Shipping

We proudly offer complimentary shipping on most orders throughout the contiguous United States.

Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and certain oversized items requiring specialized handling or freight services.

Many Gambrell Rénard pieces are handcrafted, custom-produced, or sourced from artisan partners around the world. As a result, delivery timelines vary by product. Estimated shipping windows are provided on each product page for your convenience.

International Delivery

Gambrell Renard proudly serves clients around the world.

International shipping timelines vary based on destination and product category. Applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by local regulations.

For larger furnishings, specialty décor, and select custom pieces, our team may contact you directly to coordinate delivery and provide any necessary freight estimates.

Furniture & Oversized Deliveries

Our furniture, lighting, and oversized home collections often require specialized transportation to ensure they arrive safely and in pristine condition.

Because many of these pieces are handcrafted or made to order, additional production and delivery time may be required. We believe exceptional craftsmanship is worth the wait.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be accepted, merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Because many Gambrell Rénard pieces are handcrafted specifically for our clients, custom, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order items are considered final sale.

This includes select furniture, décor, rugs, and commissioned pieces.

Additionally, the natural characteristics found in materials such as leather, cowhide, sheepskin, wood, and stone are part of their inherent beauty. Variations in grain, texture, pattern, and color should be expected and celebrated as part of each piece's individuality.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will work quickly to resolve the matter and ensure your experience reflects the standard of service you expect from Gambrell Rénard.
